1. Grape Jell-O and Cream Cheese Mousse

Ingredients
Grape Jell-O (or your preferred flavor) 1 packet
Softened cream cheese 120 grams
Boiling water 1 cup
Ice cubes 2 cups

Preparation
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, stirring vigorously. Add ice cubes, stirring until the mixture starts to thicken. Remove any remaining ice. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in a few spoonfuls of Jell-O into the cream cheese, then combine with the rest of the Jell-O mixture until fluffy. Pour into molds and refrigerate until firm.

Crust ingredients:
Flour 1 1/2 cups
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Butter 150 grams
Chopped nuts (walnuts preferred) 1 cup

Filling ingredients:
Small package of Raspberry Jell-O
Hot water 1 cup
Heavy cream 2 cups
Cream cheese 1 package
Sugar 3/4 cup

Topping:
Lime Jell-O 1 large packet
Hot water 3 cups

Preparation
Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a baking dish. Mix butter and sugar until creamy, then add flour and nuts. Press into dish and bake for 10-12 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff. Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in hot water, then cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar, then fold in whipped cream. Combine cooled Jell-O with the cheese mixture and pour over the crust. Chill until set. For the topping, dissolve Lime Jell-O in hot water and cool before pouring over the set pudding. Refrigerate until the topping is firm. Enjoy!
