Naukasana (Boat Pose): This exercise stimulates male hormone production, enhances endurance, and strengthens hips, thighs, and glutes, leading to firmer erections. To perform, lie on your back with arms alongside and feet together. Inhale and keep arms straight. Exhale while lifting your chest and legs, holding breath for 10 cycles.
